October 9, 2026 - The CCSAA 2026 Fall Conference heads to Gunstock Nordic Center in beautiful Gilford, New Hampshire, for two days of learning, networking, and hands-on experiences designed specifically for the cross-country ski industry.

Day one takes participants out into the field with immersive snowmaking and grooming workshops, followed by an evening of networking and social events.
Day two brings the industry together for thought-provoking presentations, interactive breakout sessions, and a vibrant vendor expo showcasing the latest products, equipment, and innovations.
Fall Agenda Highlights
Grooming & Grooming Workshops – We will have 3 snowcats at the Fall Conference as part of our grooming session: PB100, Prinoth Husky and Snow Rabbit SR3X XC.
Snow Farming, Tips & Tricks – Making the most of the snow you have is more important than ever. Learn how other operators are preserving, managing, and extending their snowpack, and come ready to share the techniques and tricks that are working at your area.
Leveraging Staff Resources: Is Your Groomer Also a Ski Instructor? – For many cross country ski areas, staff wear multiple hats. How can you make the most of your team while maintaining quality across operations? We’ll discuss creative ways to cross train employees, share responsibilities, and build a flexible staff that can move between grooming, instruction, rentals, guest services, and other areas when needed.
Tuesday Night Dinner – Following Tuesday Happy Hour, join the group for dinner at Gunstock Mountain Resort and let the networking and conversation continue. You must make a reservation in advance as there is limited seating. Cost is $49 and includes tax and gratuity. Menu: Chicken Marsala.
