September 10, 2024 - Sovereign Lake Nordic Club (SLNC) operates the one of the largest cross-country ski clubs in Canada. It operates and maintains over 105km of daily groomed XC Ski trails with our neighbour Silver Star Mountain Resort. SLNC is located at 1688m in Silverstar Provincial Park on the traditional, ancestral, unceded territory of the Syilx and Secwepemc peoples.

Fall Programs Start-Up
Autumn signals the start of our fall programs for our athletes registered in Track Attack, Youth Programs such as Junior Development, and Academy Programs in Cross Country and Biathlon. While some athletes train with us year round the majority join our programs starting in the fall and winter. Call Out for Applications for Board of Directors
Have you ever thought about running for the SLNC Board? Here is your chance! The Sovereign Lake Nordic Club is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated members to put their names forward for election to the SLNC Board. If you have the passion, skills and interest to be a Board member, please run!
The main requirements to be a Board member are a commitment to the Sovereign Lake Nordic Club, an ability to spend 8-12 hours per month on Board activities (which include a monthly Board meeting and active participation on at least one committee), and the willingness to commit to a 2-year term on the Board.
