Join us for Ski Across America from Dec. 15 through March 15 and Register Today

release by CXC

December 14, 2022 - This winter we’re putting new meaning into “cross-country” skiing, by challenging participants to cross the country in a new, collaborative event: Ski Across America. Proceeds from the event support CXC’s Nordic Rocks youth grass-roots program.

During Ski Across America, participants will choose a distance goal to cross the country on one of five routes—from 45 km to cross the Aleutian Islands up to 3,200 km to cross from NYC to LA—and track progress as they ski cross-country.

It’s a big goal, so participants can ski individually or collaborate with a team of friends and family to achieve the goal.

Along the way, mini-events and challenges will keep participants moving toward their goal! Participants receive a custom medal to commemorate their achievement, plus special Swix merchandise is available to enhance the experience.

HOW IT WORKS

December 15 through March 15

Skiers will choose a route across the country, based on how far they want to go. Throughout the season, you record your activities and track progress with the exclusive tracking app. Log enough distance to virtually cross the country!
