August 15, 2025 - Hardwood Ski and Bike in Oro-Medonte, ON is looking for seasonal Biathlon Bears coach to join our team this coming winter. If you want to share your love of Biathlon with kids aged 9-14, this is the job for you!

Job Description:
• Deliver a fun and dynamic Biathlon program to new and returning youth.
• Be comfortable teaching shooting and skate skiing (support with skiing provided)
• Maintain equipment
• Communicate well and positively with parents, supervisors and peers

Successful candidates will:
• Have a basic knowledge of Skate Skiing
• Have experience working with children
• Have experience and comfort working with Air rifles
• Be creative and enthusiastic
• Have good communication skills
• Love Winter
• Be available weekends Saturday mornings Mid Oct-Mid November and then January and February.
