July 16, 2025 - Some exciting news about the Kelowna Nordic Grooming Machine fundraising campaign. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our member base and local organizations, we have reached 80% of our fundraising goal, and donations are still coming in.

To help take us over the finish line, we’re launching a campaign to honour individuals and organizations who donate $1,000 or more. Inspired by donor recognition walls you see in hospitals, our campaign will display donors’ names on snowflake plaques on the inside walls of the main cabin.
Contributions can be made in your name, your family’s name, or in memory of someone special. Your donation can also be made anonymously. All donations will receive a charitable tax receipt. You can make your donation here.

Past donations of $1,000 or more will also be displayed on a snowflake plaque. If you have previously made a donation of less than $1,000, you can top up your contribution to achieve this recognition.
A team of groomers, board members and other members has selected the ideal grooming machine (pictured above) for our club and our budget. The Canadian-made Prinoth Bison costs around $650,000 (incl. tax). It is our hope to be in the financial position to purchase this groomer for the next ski/snowshoe season – and we are almost there!
Please join us in this amazing initiative by donating here. It’s an enduring way to show your incredible support. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me at president@kelownanordic.com.
