United States Biathlon Association Announces Swix as an Official Supplier of U.S. Biathlon

November 5, 2024 - (Midway, Utah) The organization which oversees the sport of biathlon in the U.S. announced today its partnership with Swix as an Official Supplier of U.S. Biathlon and the U.S. Biathlon Team.

Since the company was founded in 1946, Swix has been a leader in the ski industry, supplying wax and wax room equipment to Nordic communities across the globe. As part of the partnership, Swix will provide the U.S. Biathlon team with wax products and equipment, ensuring that wax technicians and coaches at all levels of racing are equipped with top-of-the-line products.

The Norwegian manufacturing company, founded in Sweden by Börje Gabrielsson, was the first producer of modern ski wax. Today, Swix is a leading manufacturer and the dominant brand of ski wax and ski tools globally. The two-year partnership between U.S. Biathlon and Swix will play a major role in the team’s preparation for the 2026 Milan-Cortina Olympic Winter Games.
