“I wanted to personally reach out to you and everyone that was involved in hosting the Master skiers these past few days in Labrador City and in particular at Menihek Nordic. The event was absolutely top shelf. It can’t be said enough how welcomed we all felt, both in town where almost everyone knew about the event and out at the club.

“The effort your volunteers put in every day was without equal; food so plentiful; and the social events made everyday so enjoyable beyond the skiing. There was no doubt that your crew would put together top notch skiing and racing and that did not disappoint.

“I want to give a shout out to the young lady that did the announcing and award presentations. She did such a good job of calling out the race and presenting awards. Her announcing did much for the racer’s spirits as they passed through the stadium or came to the end of their race. I personally thanked her for her work at the banquet. Another shout to the girls in the servery, too. They were so cheerful and made everyone feel like family. Bravo!
